Tuesday the 28h January we’re kicking of the year by collaborating with Chef Seb Holmes of Farang for a one-off four hands dinner.
The 7-course bespoke supper menu, pairing traditional Thai flavours with The Parakeets fire cooking has been meticulously crafted by both Seb and Ben, resulting in an evening of elevated collaborative dishes and wine – all in aid of local charity, Kentish Town City Farm.
Tickets are priced at ÂŁ90 per person, for food, with drinks and an additional supplement course available to purchase on the night.
25% of all profits from the menu will be donated to Kentish Town City Farm.
