We’re kicking of summer by collaborating with chef Dave Wall of The Unruly Pig for a one-off four hands dinner.
The bespoke supper menu pairs The Parakeet’s distinct wood-fired take on modern European techniques and The Unruly Pig’s snout-to-tail approach to inventive British and European cooking, resulting in an evening of elevated collaborative dishes.
Alongside this a curated wine menu will showcase the best British Wines from makers around the UK including Danbury Ridge, Blackbook and Simpsons.
Tickets are priced at ÂŁ95 per person, for food, with drinks and an additional supplement course available to purchase on the night.
